Traffic Policer (Breathalyzer, Traffic Offences, Speed Detection & more) 6.16.0.0

Good evening, the game with the latest update works regularly. I have no lockups or breakages of any kind, but I have a problem. I can't get my pockets to stop vehicles. Did it happen to someone by accident?

There is no limit: 4000 means a 1 in 4000 chance for a vehicle to get that event. 

When you disable blips you won't notice most of them though, so I recommend not going too high when you disable blips.

Laucnh GTA V via RPH and you should now be crash free (At least from this plugin)

A small update for LSPDFR 0.4.7

All credits go to Albo1125 for his awesome mods, I'm just trying to keep it alive a little longer and hope Albo1125 will post an update soon 🙂 

Installation:

Download the latest version from this page (version 6.16.0.0)

Install that as normal (follow the installation instructions..) 

Download the zip file from this comment, unzip it, and replace: "Traffic Policer.dll" with this one.

Laucnh GTA V via RPH and you should now be crash free (At least from this plugin)

Its been crashing for me too when asking them to leave the car. I also cannot use my controller when ANY Albo mod is installed. I remove it, all works well. I don't get it.

Post you RPH log file 🙂 

it says different LSPD First Response.dll version detected and the mods isn't working it's the same traffic stop as the original

and every other mode works

Traffic policer is alright according to your log, seems your issue is an outdated version of police smart radio and arrest manager, try updating those. 🙂

When will this be updated for the newer version of lspdfr I really enjoy using this mod but the game ain't the same without it

It can be used now.

I'm not sure what my problem is, I am pretty new to LSPDFR so this may be a stupid question. But my LSPDFR crashes every time I edit my Traffic Policer.ini file. Is this something I am doing wrong?

I'm not sure, so don't take my word on this, but I don't think you're supposed to edit your config .ini file while the plugin is running in game.

I don't edit the file while in game, I edit them, Save then start the game. 

Hello all. Hope everyone is staying safe during this pandemic crap.

First all thanks to all for dev and maintanance of this mod and LSPDFR. Really fun stuff that I can't believe took me this long to start playing. Can thank isolation for that.

Been using pretty much stock LSPDFR 0.4.7 with the exception of using Albo's Traffic Policer (latest version with Demuth's update). I've come across an issue that whenever an ambient callout ped tries to shoot or attack me during a traffic stop, always results in a fatal exception which results in LSPDFR crashing, but not crashing the game. Always able to restart the plugin manually and play again. This does not occur if I am running vanilla LSPDFR with no plugins. The error always is "Rage.Ped is invalid." with a stack trace of "Rage.Ped.get_IsFemale()" and a origin in game fiber "TrafficStop".  

Through trial and error I have found that setting "DrugsRunnersEnabled=false" in Traffic Policer.ini significantly reduced the crashing, even when ambient peds decide to shoot at me during a traffic stop, not always crashing like with drug runners enabled. Not sure why that makes a difference but it seems to. To clarify, that with drug runners enabled, its not always a drug runner shooting that will crash it, its any traffic stop ped shooting event that crashes it. 

I've studied the logs and can't find anything myself other then that patterns of how it crashes but don't understand enough about coding to dig any deeper then that.

I've tried the usual; reinstalling GTA, clean installs of LSPDFR and TP, making sure antivirus is not locking down files, etc. Tried it without Demuth's update, no difference. 

I'm more bug reporting then anything else, not looking for a fix necessarily, but if anyone has a fix or idea I'd be happy to try it. I've now started playing with Bejoijo’s plugins which is fine with me, but I do rather like TP and would be nice to have that in addition.

Uploaded is a example of a typical crash (this log has me starting LSPDFR manually, with the non-Demuth updated version of TP. I think it was an ownerwanted ped that tried to shoot me).

I´m very Sad, when i start the game without any plugins, its work fine... but when i try Traffic Policer, the game Close after Loading Screen 😞 Have the newst Version from GTA V und downloaded the newest MOD + Plugin Can anyone Help me why i cant play with this plugin ?

Hi all,

I'm using a controller and my A button no longer gives me the option to pull someone over, I presume its something to do with this mod?  I've looked through the read me file and can't see any other changes that would affect it. The rest of it with speed controls, barriers etc all seem to work fine.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if a stupid question I'm new to this.

Hi, loving the mod so far, but I was just wondering about something that I noticed while playing some time ago

When I receive a callout for driving under the influence, I can't seem to stop the guy in the car, shift does not initiate a traffic stop and flashing him with my sirens also doesn't help, it makes it very difficult to catch the suspect in these cases. I was just wondering if this was intentional or if it's a bug. Thanks!

 When I stop someone I'm missing some features. Watching your videos I see you have a citation selection amount right there on the menu and I don't have that. I also can't pick why I'm issuing a ticket. Am I missing something? I have your aldocommon as well as arrestmanager and smartradio.
