Callout Response is a backup and response coordination plugin for LSPDFR built around making active scenes feel more believable, more controlled, and more dynamic.

The idea behind this mod is simple: when you are on a callout, backup should feel like an actual response system instead of just a one-button spawn tool. Callout Response gives you both manual and automatic ways to bring in help depending on the situation, while still letting you decide how much control you want over it. When you are handling an active callout, you can open the manual backup menu and request the type of response you need, whether that is standard patrol, SWAT, ambulance, or fire support. On top of that, Callout Response can also automatically dispatch backup based on the type and priority of the incident, helping scenes feel more natural without making everything overly chaotic.

The plugin is built to work with different player setups and supports multiple provider options, including Native LSPDFR, Policing Redefined, and Ultimate Backup. That means you can choose the provider setup that fits your game instead of being locked into one specific way of playing. Callout Response also includes an in-game configuration menu so you can adjust settings without constantly tabbing out to edit files by hand. Response timing, trigger distances, responder limits, notification behavior, and other options can be tuned to fit the kind of gameplay you want. If you like a more controlled and slower-paced patrol experience, you can set it up that way. If you want quicker, more aggressive support, you can do that too.

Another big focus of the mod is cutting down on annoying clutter. Notifications are kept cleaner and more readable, and the system is designed to avoid turning scenes into a wall of spam every time units are requested. The goal is to make the plugin feel like a natural part of patrol gameplay instead of something constantly shouting over everything else.

Priority Response also includes support for priority phrase XML matching, allowing callout text and related information to influence how automatic backup is handled.

Is there a way to change what vehicles respond. I have FBI showing up in a pursuit and they should not be. Be nice to be able to chose who and what vehicles respond

This is controlled through your DefaultRegions.xml and CustomRegions.xml from Ultimate Backup or Policing Redefined... not Callout response on its own. it also uses native backup if neither of those mods are available so that would be in Agency.xml
