Hookies: Gang spotted at Hookies Bar in North Chumash, Multiple open carry and gang activity spotted.

Features:
Persistent World compatible. There is a .json file included to import names into Admin Tool Database (shown in video)

All spawned gang members are wanted if imported. Can you take them all down?

Peds will respawn so if you arrest and incarcerate them, they will spawn if the callout is ran again.
