Spoiler

Notes: Based off of Police SmartController by Firsty. Check it out!

What's included:

Elgato StreamDeck Profile (Fastest way to get up and running but optional if you want to create your own setup!)
- Import the profile into the StreamDeck software to rock and roll with my setup and the default ELS keys
    - All "on" state icons are animated. Edit the icon and select the static version to replace.

Accept Callout button
- I prefer Police SmartRadio for radio interaction so I only have an accept callout button on my deck.
You can create your own icons and folder in the software using the psd and some elbow grease 😉 I will
release some SmartRadio based icons soon though so if you're lazy, be a little patient.

Icons
- "Off" state .png icons
-  "On" state .png icons
-  "On" state animated .gif icons
- One blank off, on, and animated icon

PSD
- Includes a blank icon and a .psd to create your own icons. The animation
should already be setup for the pulse glow, so you just need to 1) edit the text,
2) ensure the glowing on layer is on, and 3) File > Save for web and devices legacy and ensure the gif
is looping forever.

To-do
- I am acquiring some hi-res photos of some siren controllers to make them even more realistic. This is more or less a proof of concept
of the design direction.
- Add wail, yelp, pier, hi-lo icons above the text
- Add radio icons for controlling police SmartRadio

FAQ:

Help, the icons are out of sync to what ELS panel is showing!

This is because it is simply pressing keys as if you were pressing the keyboard. If you toggle something with
the StreamDeck and then press the keyboard and accidentally toggle a switch, the icons may go out of sync. To fix,
press all of the "on" StreamDeck buttons so they are in the off state. Then use the keyboard to turn all the ELS lights off.
This will reset the slate to go again.

How do I update?

StreamDeck profiles are very basic. Unfortunately you must reinstall the profile and start from scratch (my setup), or make the changes yourself. Functionality wise, v1.1 will be

pretty much how it'll be going forward outside of new icons in the future. When I add radio icons, that will be a separate version.

What's New in Version 1.1.0

Released

- Changelog inside of v1.1 download

- Fixed incorrect keybind for interior nightlight

- Set Wail, Yelp, Piercer, and Hi/Lo to have no on image by default. Doesn't make sense to have them as you're constantly switching.

**These are now fixed in v1.1**

Realized a couple of things off the bat:

    - My nightlight keybind is incorrect in StreamDeck. Will be fixed next upload but is easily fixed on your end

    - The wail, yelp, piercer, and hi/lo probably don't need an "on" state light as you'll be flipping between them often. If they're

on, you'll need to turn them off before switching every time and that honestly sounds like a giant headache. I'll fix this for the next upload as well.

You can fix this yourself by turning each key from a toggle into a regular hotkey, setting the keybind and using the "off" state icon.

its not a script. The elgato stream deck is hardware, this plugin just allows ELS to ingratiate with the stream deck to have siren controls

What Avibaba said is correct. This is not an LSPDFR plugin or an ELS plugin for the game. This is for the Elgato StreamDeck hardware device. Simply put, the StreamDeck allows you to press a key on the pad to simulate a keyboard press. This is a profile for the StreamDeck which includes icons to resemble a siren controller inside of a police unit. If you have the StreamDeck and are looking for some more immersion, this will be a perfect match.

A quick example of how it works is once you install the profile, if you press the LGST+ key for example, that's the equivalent of pressing the "J" key on your keyboard. Nothing more, nothing less. So instead of pressing the keyboard to handle ELS lights, you would use the StreamDeck, or both. Just a little more immersion.
