It isn't really fully ELS. You can't control lighting patterns and no environmental lighting but you can use the siren like ELS. So pretty much if you love controlling your siren in ELS you can do it for non-ELS vehicles.

For anyone who might be curious, this is easily done.  All you need to do is go into the ELS VCF and disable all the extras from being utilized.  Then you have an ELS enabled non-ELS vehicle.

    Does not work well with ATV and motorcycles (the antennas are flashing).
