Awesome sauce.

I appreciate the work you put in. Will save me hours of late night, "staying up way past I should be" work. 

I believe this project will be a highly downloaded pack since it will contain fairly accurate charges and citations for EVERY state in the US.

That way people won't have to download multiple files for the states that they want at their disposal.

I'll make sure you get the credit you deserve.
