These charges and citations are literally translated by Google, some don't even make sense or are confusing or even misspelled.

"Een middenverdeler oversteken"
"Niet soppen voor Stop Boord"
"Het niet tonen van Verlichtingsvergunning"
"Toegang tot een uitgeschakelde plek blokkeren"
"Illegaal vuurwapenbezit door Felon"
"Overtreding van roken"

Maybe try do redo some translations or remove some which don't make sense.
