Drag and drop all files ("mp_m_freemode_01") in :

mods -> update -> x64 -> dlcpack -> eup -> dlc.rpf -> eupcomponentped.rpf


For hat ("mp_m_freemode_01_p") is in :

mods -> update -> x64 -> dlcpack -> eup -> dlc.rpf -> eupcomponentped_p.rpf

 

For badges installation you need :
