The vests provided in this little pack are San Andreas Highway Patrol based Vests, the reason I chose to do this is because well... not alot of vests out there that are for SAHP so.. here you go.

The vest I used to create the textures was the following:

Patrol Vest #1 - Vest #4, setup 2

Patrol Vest #2 - Vest #11, setup 2

Vest used for SWAT - Vest #11, setup 2, texture 2

What you need is EUP 9.3 found here and then all you need to do is drag and drop into: "EUP9.3\stream\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_emergency" and replace everything it wants to replace.

 

You will need to purchase the fivem club stuff to be able to stream the EUP in your server.
