Just get good graphics like i got there is one thats called gta remake and its nice you should try it

I have a decent graphics pack in but Rockstar editor wasn't working and I also don't know how to use it too well. But I am looking for a person to join my team if they know how to use Rockstar Editor.

Not sure, the MCSO explorer in the pictures is a private skin I made. I have made an ALEA skin pack that has been released on here. Other than that I'm not sure if anyone else has made MCSO or MPD.
