Installation:
(Use openIV)
(EUP Menu and EUP L&O are required!)
Mods->Update->x64->dlcpacks->Eup->x64->eup_components.rpf->mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_gunrunning_01
Drag and drop the .ytd into mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_gunrunning_01 and you are done!
Use the EUP Menu in-game or Menyoo to use this jacket.
Works great with a vest over the top!
