   (1 review)

8 Screenshots

This is a Green/black Police texture and a Black/green sheriff texture for HANAKO's EUP VEST. Figured other people could benefit.

I also included the original textures from HANAKO's EUP VEST as credits and for your convenience.

Would like to say thank you to HANAKO for his kind donation to the community with his vest and ear piece beta, Available here... THANK YOU!

You Need to Download EUP VEST&EARPIECE BETA 0.6.1 or higher by HANAKO which can be found here... https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/character/25692-eup-vest&earpiece-beta/

The download from HANAKO's (VEST&EARPIECE BETA 0.6.1 or higher) comes with two folders that need to be placed here...

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\

After downloading HANAKO's VEST&EARPIECE BETA 0.6.1 or higher navigate to

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood

Once you have located mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood you are free to replace the the .DDS texture files provided in MY download with the existing .YTD files.

Please keep in mind in order to replace the texture files you will need to have and know how to use OPENIV.
I hope this helps clear up some confusions. Enjoy.

Credits go to HANAKO for his original textures.

This worked for me, so I could use multiple versions of the vest and change in game with EUP. But if you just want one certain version you need to download the vest and replace it where its download path leads using open iv.

Is there any way to make the newest vest have multiple in-game textures?

I can only seem to get one texture to work at a time, meaning having to do it every time with open IV.

You need to change the name to task_001_u.ydd

and put the file in this location.

how do i fix this whenever i replace the texture??

You are using the wrong vest with my textures. Confirm you are using the right vest/texture combo.

are you using paint.net if so you should use AAs assistant to soften the edges on the patches. there are a ton of plugins for paint.net that are good for texture editing clothing on gta 5
