Hi, I solved it in the meantime. Somehow my firetruk.xml in my ELS folder got corrupted, I don't know how that could have happened but yes it solved it.

I literally have the same issue, I tried as well to load vanilla gta over steam, it didn't work, tried as well to launch it without any plugins but nope

Hello guys, good morning, good evening, or whatever time zone you identify as, I have seen a lot of people writing that they have similar problems, but i haven't found a thread that addresses this type of problem. I played the whole time on the .3323 version of the game without problems. I wanted to play today and changed a few cars in my line up, and started the game when a update came. That was the .3351 update. I reverted to my 3323 files, and tried it but it didn't work, then i renamed my modded folder, that didn't work as well. I tried running it without the plugins, nope that didn't work. Then i tried launching it via Steam, but that failed as well. Then I tried updating RPH from the LSPDFR Page, Script Hook, and it still didn't work. The weird thing is, it crashes without making any crash report, it just exits the loader. Would appreciate it a lot guys!
