Do these replace their respective lore-friendly departments?

Oh yeah there great love the marshal gear been waiting for an actual marshal badge thank you so much truly appreciate it was just hoping for an  vest to go along with the dhs vehicle skin thats all.

Okay, for some reason i cannot fine the marshall badges and hat in game.. 

Could you put in fbi tactical response team outfits cuz they are still missing
