reskin 

 

this is a hundred percent  a ped that majorpaine2015  made, and all credit to majorpaine2015.

 

all that's been completed is a reskin change which was completed by me

 

download this then add the texture file to that.

 

 

some touch up to complete minor. will slowly work on this

 

thought i would upload mine one i use as there is no NZ POLICE peds

 

more nz police  to come

the removal of the main ped file and only the .ytd file

 

just rename the file name.
