Replaces hwaycop and SAHP in EUP

Install instructions is in readme.txt

CVPI skin is by me (not released yet)

 

To install the EUP ped, you will need EUP and EUP Law and Order

Actually if you go to the wardrobe in EUP and Create outfit and scroll though the Upper Skin section you can get gloves.
