Tattoos are not mine, but have been applied by me on the neck and on the arms. 

Thanks to Dualift for letting me modify his ped from the mega nypd pack. 

Read the readme for instructions.

 

Look at that dat line dough, ssslick. 

To remove tattoos from arms just don't install the hand file I included.

 

Nypd uniform not included cause it uses dualift's nypd logos.
