Delaware State Police & E.U.P 8.2 & 9.3 5.0.4

i have to say even though i most likely wont be using delaware state police anytime soon in game i am using two of your other ped models and there great but i wanted to comment on your work and the dedication to the trooper way of life its a great thing to see i am hoping to be finished with academy and able to call myself a trooper within a few months so keep up the great work that you are doing and much respect.

just stumbled across this and i gotta say im not really impressed with the skins themself but the fact you dedicated it to Ballard is awesome dude. He was an awesome guy and the few times i worked with him was great. He didnt deserve to go out the way he did but it brought us all closer. RIP Steve
