In this update, i changed the extra sirens (when you hold the button) 

1. Open ''OpenIV'' 

2. PUT VEHICLES.awc IN : Grand Theft Auto V\x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf 

For the ''Mods'' folder people. 

PUT VEHICLES.awc IN : Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf 

The volume of the video is very low, i don't know why.
