So, in european countries when you get pulled over, and sadly get a citation. They are not given thru a MDT like in the U.S. , But rather through a citation book, so for a small touch of realism i've decided to make this sound pack where when you go onto Report Plus, give out a citation and select printed citation this sound plays!

Also it is my first mod so if there is any problems let me know.
