I personally don't have the "weapons_player" and "resident" folders and I don't know how to install them. Should I create them? I only have "S_FULL_SER.rpf" and "S_MINI_SER.rpf" in the "sfx" folder.

ok create a folder on the desk top go to the path way on the mods page in open iv export with open format that will make it weapons oac instead of weapons awc then take the wave file and put in the weapons folder make sure weapons folder and the weapons oac file are seperate on the desk top then just grab just the oac file and drag back into open iv pathway .... mods. 64. audio .sfx. weapons_player

That’s correct. I have been listening to a lot of hand guns sounds lately and I can tell most of them sound the same, unless you are an expert.

I'm working on making a vid but I don't have storage on my PC, so if the mode work fine with you, making a vid will be helpfull.

If you can't I will make one somehow

I'm working on an update and installation video, it will fix it all.

hey man i watched the video you put for the install everything is there all the sounds are in my open iv and everything. but as soon as i load into the game i dont hear the shots i only hear like it hitting the wall but no real sound idk if you know the fix i reinstalled it like 3 times and still nothing.

Could we get like different pistol sounds not switching out the ones that are, but make pistol or combat in a different version, like different sound and make a folder in the file you have and call it something with a gun or yeah if (possible)

I made a sound for FN 509 in my page if you have not seen it. I wonder if this sound works fine with you because I saw you reacting to that comment with the issue, I'm trying to figure it out.

All weapons in my game are quiet now. All I hear are impact sounds. I've been rewatching the video over and over making sure I do exactly how you show it, but it just won't work
