This is an old release I intended for MU users. Now that MU is down, I figured I should post these exclusive content back on FR for everyone.

MASMP Vol3 (Federal Signal Unitrol Touchmaster Delta, SoundOff nERGY 400 series dual tones & Whelen CenCom Gold), in total of 4 configuration slots.

Designed for ELS configs only. Non-ELS user must adapt to a plain ELS config in order to use this.

Since I have not been active in modding GTAV for a long time, I WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR MY FILES.
