Using OPENIV search for 'weapon_service_carbine' and go to file, after this you click in new/ import openFormats, repeat this process on all weapon_service_carbine, after this open weapon_service_carbine.awc and check if the files was installed

By the way, if you want this to work with the carbinerifle, just replace the gun sound in weapons.meta
