Is this the one that has a rumbler siren as well? I've  been trying desperately to find that siren combo

Then you have something set in your ELS file differently.

Been downloaded and used almost 16,000 times. You got something on your end going on.

Just realized your problem, this isn't package at all. It's the direct siren download. You don't have to unpackage anything just swap the resident.rpf with your current one.

well Can't replace it as ones an "awc" file and your one i downloaded is rpf so?

Dude, you need to look up tutorials lol it's as easy as it gets. I LITERALLY tell you what to do WITH the pathway right in the description. 

I am dragging the resident file from your download into Mods folder  >  x64 > audio > sfx and then when i drop it in  it sits underneath the weather.awc file saying resident with a blue box next to it

Sorry man you're just doing something wrong, there's nothing wrong with the file. I suggest watching some youtube videos on it. The nearly 16,000 other people that downloaded it never had a problem with installing it.
