Honestly I can't even remember. This thing is at-least 3 years old now, I just ported it over now as I know some people wanted it in V.

Do I need different mods to get these working? Because I cannot find anything inside the mods-folder in OpenIV. Hard to edit/install to non-existent files.

You need to copy and paste your game files into the mods folder first.

This file is very old now so it may not work anymore, apologies if you're having issues. I'm not modding GTA anymore.

This siren is great, a lot of good sirens require siren mastery to work with else, and I was wondering before I install this if it works with ELS on it's own. Cheers
