Sheriff K9 Skin for 2006 Tahoe

This is an edited version of bxbugs123 skin for his 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 K9 unit. With permission from bugs I changed the color of the skin to match his OSD (Ohio Sheriffs Department) Crown Victoria skins.
