Saint Paul PD skin

This is a beta of what I'm working on and just wanted to know if anyone in Minnesota was looking for it as well?

I needed a back ground squad and since I live in Saint Paul...

Cell phone picture alert!! Use Fraps to take pictures, and if you want to make a video of the skin, use Bandicam!

Ok, I used Fraps which I had to use a converter cuz 37 bucks is a lot to post something for free... hope you like the pic! :)
