Crystal Lake, IL CVPI Texture 1.0

This is a Crystal Lake, Illinois Crown Victoria Police Interceptor texture. Model that you can download with it is by Bxbugs here: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=460. Also one important note is that this model is a K-9 model, but if you want it without the K-9 decals on the window then import the blank window texture included in the download of my file to make the windows blank without any decals. Constructive criticism is welcome. This looks best if you use and ENB (Which I used) and looks best if the car is cleaned without any dirt.
