CVPI Liberty Police skin beta1

This is my first skin i have ever made and i think it is ok. It still has some minor design flaws that i will fix at some point. I do not care what you do with it, but if you do re-upload it please give credit to me for the original skin, thanks!

Installation instructions:

1. Open spark iv and go to cdimages

2. Open vehicles.img and find police.wtf

3.highlight police.wtf and click edit

4. highlight police_sign_1 then click import texture at the top of the screen

5. repeat step 4 with all the police_sign files, when you are done click save at the top right of the screen

6.close police.wtf

7. at the top of your vehicles.img prese rebuild then save

8. enjoy!!

Notes:

This skin is only compatible with Crown Victoria Police Interceptor vehicles
