These textures are made by me, Hausk, and they are freely editable, please give credit is all I ask. Textures are based off of BXBugs123 Crown Vic PI, any of his crown vic models would work with these. One can be Downloaded here

There should be 2 PNG images in there, those are the textures. You have to import them onto the model yourself. A step by step instruction guide is in the Read Me text document, you have to download the model separately.
