It's an ELS Spotlight, I'f you do not have Corona Takedowns Enabled in your ELS Config File, When you hit the Takedowns in game the White will Over ride the Warning lights and Flash Steady like the real thing.

Super fucking awesome! 5/5 although it's not a pack, only one car with different light options. At least that's all that was uploaded, just the wraparound ram bar variant.
