Awesome pack man, do you think you could ever do like a michigan state police skin pack for the vehicles?

Hey i downloaded the file but the folder only shows 2 files. for example you have only noose.wft and noose.wtd. but its missing a 3rd file to complete the vehicle. I cannot have vehicle installed without that 3rd yft file i think thats what it is. Can you assist, am i missing something?

can you make unmarked nypd vehicles?

GTA IV only uses 2 files for vehicles. A .wtd and .wft, there is no 3rd file. Also about your other comment, GTA IV doesn't use y files like YTD as GTA V does, GTA IV uses w files which is why they are wtd and wft.

Im on GTA V uses 3 files

could you remove alpr too and make it 2 versions fpr each car?

I am his friend and I will ask him for you, but I am sure that he has no plans to make new vehicle paintings or vehicles recently...
