Finally, an Optilink Control Panel for GTAIV.

A few people have been asking what this does. Basically in the UK, a fair majority of police forces use a system called 'Optilink' to control their lights and sirens. A picture of the control panel is the 'screenshot'. This app lets you simulate having an optilink control panel (but on your phone) to try and make your game play experience more realistic. 

You connect the phone to your PC via bluetooth, and then you can control your key-strokes via the app on your phone. The 'buttons' are based on the optilink control panel, and look very similar, although they have been made to fit within game capabilities.

From what i can tell from downloading and reading the instructions, you have to download a program on your PC and iDevice(iPhone or iPad. Then you can turn on ELS lighting by using your iDevice(iPhone or iPad) instead of having to use your PC keyboard

    I assume it's because I'm on 8/1 right now but once you get to the "Select Game Pad" screen the app freezes

    This is a great idea, just, most of us are on 8.1/8.2 and so we can't use it, shame though, looks really good!
