как вариант выру6ить ночные о6лака совсем в enbseries.ini 

 

NightCloudsEdgeClamp=1.0 set it all 0.0 or 0.001 
NightCloudsEdgeIntensity=1.0 
NightCloudsEdgeRange=1.0 

 

это 6аг стима я хз что там не так

Fixed brightness of night street light now more darker also clouds at day time less bright too
