Download this translation and put it in the right folder:

1. Download and extract this file
   
2. Go to the Grand Theft Auto IV folder
   
3. Create a folder called "nl-NL"
   
4. Place the file called "LCPD First Response.resources.dll" in this folder
   

Apply the translation:

1. Go to "lcpdfr" within the Grand Theft Auto IV folder
   
2. Open the file "LCPDFR.ini"
   
3. Search for "Language=" in "[Main]" and change it to "Language=nl-NL"
   
4. Save the file
