For some reason, it just wasnt working, but the heads are there as an option just cause

When I try to change into the skin, the trainer menu freezes, and I cant exit. The game also doesn't load the skin via the LCPDFR station :(

all you have to do is rename the head textures in the file and they will work.

this is my new favorite ped. i even use it in non nypd-style packs

I have the same issue as BreachBandAndClear. The game won't load the skin in anyway.

To everyone having the issue with it not loading in the station-- try and spawn m_y_swat with the trainer instead.

if u remove 2 helmets from the file ull be fine heres a link for a tutorial

Happened to me too and the model is hunched over, that may or may not be unrelated.

Is there any way to decrease the number of polys, I think its just my pc being a bit slow (as it is with most of LCPDFR). On another note, what game is this converted from?
