ADDITIONAL NOTES:

This is a simple edit to the original m_y_strooper model so that users can play as a NYSP Trooper. Some of the changes were; I've remodeled the arm patches, removed the cross shoulder belt, added NYSP collar pins, added an OC pouch and properly positioned double mag pouch and added a NYSP style hat. This project is closed although I will be working on other new ped models in the future that will be much more improved!
