Or just in EFLC ?This texture for "~ciadlc_02"(TBoGT) model.If you add "~ciadlc_02" for some GTAIV ped,you can use this texture at GTAIV.e.g."~ciadlc_02" files export and rename "~fbi", add to GTAIV "~fbi" ped."~ciadlc_02" as FIB Agent at GTAIV.This enable for all peds.I use TLAD cop at TBoGT.Because,TLAD cop's "uppr_diff"(Shirts,Jacket) are 512x512 size.Original TBoGT cop's are 256x256 size.
