About:
The classic Mark 7 siren which once echoed throughout the tight streets of New York City from the 1970s to the early 1990s.
This model is that of a rare prototype made by Scientific Prototypes which never was put into production, with the older bullhorn fitted. Only one siren was ever made as the company went under in 1991.

How to install:
You will need SparkIV in order to install this mod. Navigate to: Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/audio/sfx.
Open the file called resident.rpf with SparkIV. Import the HORNS.ivaud file. Save and close.
