The classic Mark 7 siren which once echoed throughout the tight streets of New York City from the 1970s to the early 1990s.

This model is that of a rare prototype made by Scientific Prototypes which never was put into production, with the older bullhorn fitted. Only one siren was ever made as the company went under in 1991.

How to install:


You will need SparkIV in order to install this mod. Navigate to: Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/audio/sfx.
Open the file called resident.rpf with SparkIV. Import the HORNS.ivaud file. Save and close.

This is a CVPI skin based off of the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office in California.
This version is the Liberty County version.

LCPD and ASP vehicle liveries by OldBillJames

This is a pack based off of several Massachsetts police branches.
The pack contains several skins including both LCPD and Alderney State Police
vehicles. Best to be used with Area Livery Mod by Sam. The textures are clearly
labelled in the pack. If you are unsure on installing vehicle mod, please
look up how to use Spark IV and Open IV on the internet.
