WinRar yes. I've tried extracting the files out of the folder to another, and also dragging and dropping said files. Every time it says that the HORNS.ivaud file doesn't exist and the operation was cancelled.

No offense to you, but I was initially attracted to that siren, until the hi-lo kicked in. It's more a car alarm than a hi-lo.

Also the gta v version is not within the zip

I said "GTAV/FiveM & GTASA Versions can be found in the readme". What do you mean the scroll? There is no scroll option i've heard with this siren.

If you skip to 1:50 in the video that is the tone scroll button

I could try, But its not going to work on GTAIV As it is too long, however, It might be possible on GTAV and GTASA.
