After months of being a contributing member of society, I've finally had time to neglect my responsibilities and create a Whelen  Mini Freedom. A practical model for those fancy fire trucks. This file includes both GTA V and IV versions. Credits to 72will for the conversion to V.

Edit the model as you please but do not upload to any sites.

also if you dont mind, where did you learn to create dev parts. i ahve been thinking about making some of my own parts since the ones i need i cant find anywhere. Is there a certain topic somewhere or a video that teaches the creation of parts. I know you use 3D max to model it out but thats about all. I have some experience with inventor which is like 3D max since it uses extrudes and basic CAD program functions. Anyways, hope you have a minute to help me and we can move this to DM if you would like. Thanks!

I use zmodeler 2. I started watch youtube videos and making simple parts. Manipulating existing parts is also a good start.
