Hey I did everything in the video and I can't change the livery. It says I have no liverys in simple native trainer. Can anyone help me?

I think there is another way, not sure though, either spawn the vehicle until you have the right skin or use Sam's Area Livery Mod (ALM), which  means the cars have certain iveries to certain places. (Can be found on LCPDFR.com database.

You need to set liveries to active in simple trainer

Change liveries=0 to liveries=1
