This is a Vapid Stanier Police Cruiser (police) modified into a civilian version, with removed police equipment, changed wheels, added badges and removed liveries.
It is recommend to add this vehicle to eg. mpheist instead of replacing one already present in the game. Refer to instructions found on the internet how to do that.
