You can import or replace these textures. Go to, update>x64>dlcpacks>lspdpack>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles>lspdpack.rpf, then choose 'police', 'police4' and 'police7'.

This is pretty accurate.. I live in Chautauqua county, although the only thing is that they only patrol with impalas but it's good to add variety.. anyways it's accurate and good.. Keep up the good work!
