  • Templated by Cosmo (Template included in download)
  • Minor model edits by Cosmo
    • Rear seats pulled back for more room inside.
    • TV and Drawers discarded.
    • Other minor tweaks

This model is unlocked which means you can edit it as long as you provide the proper credits to who originally made the template (Cosmo).


INSTALLATION:
Using OpenIV, go through your mods folder (you should have one if you mod the game) and go to:

mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday10ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

and replace the files inside with the files from this.

 

NOTE:
If you want multiple liveries, you must go into vehicles.meta and add the correct flag to the supervolito2.
There are many tutorials and resources which explain where it is found and exactly what to put in it.

May not be the most in-depth template but it will work for many skin designs easily.

 

 

Feel free to leave any questions or comments about what you think I should add or change about it.

I have no ideas what features would make this even better but I am excited to hear any.

Not at the moment, I was testing it but I'm not sure if it would work due to the rear doors.

But I might make a version with permanently open rear doors.

I think all you really need to do is make sure to have  rope_attach_a and/or  rope_attach_b bones on the vehicle. Plugin authors should be checking to make sure the door is open before calling the rappel task.

That is true, in that sense it could work then.

I assumed you were talking about replacing the polmav with this and that would probably not work too well since the way the seats face and what not.

I'll throw up a quick update with those on it :)

Basically, what I do when I want to rappel in a script, is I check Vehicle.HasBone("rope_attach_a") first, then I check if the right rear door is open, and if both are true then I rappel. If both are false, I try the other side, and if still false, I tell the user they can't rappel from that helicopter.

Yeah that makes sense, then yes, the 1.2 version has the correct dummies for that and should work :)

It has the ability to rappel, but you need some sort of script or plugin that lets you rappel from helicopters.

When I try to locate  supervolito2 &  supervolito in the vehicles.meta file they can't be located, I really want to put these liveries on this helicopter for med flights. But I am not understanding how I can get multiple liveries on it. Can you help me out, please?

the meta is located in update/x64/dlcpacks/mpapartment/dlc.rpf/common/data/levels
