Can someone pm me for help with texture?
Which vehicle did you make it for? Some vehicles have to have their textures replaced in Update>x64>dlcpacks>and patchday(whichever is the latest updated for that vehicle, for example sheriff.ytd is in patchday3ng. so it would be patchday3ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf). This is what I experienced with the sheriff cruiser and a couple others that x64e doesn't always work.

thick cops in SP with wanted level?
I noticed this same thing happening to me, but it only started like a week ago and I made sure the trainer didn't have anything turned on so it must be version 0.2b that automatically sets this now.

Windows 10 update
Does it tell you why it's crashing? Like MSVCR110.dll is missing or does it just crash? When you update to a new OS it many times gets rid of the old dependencies that games require to run like that one(MSCVR110.dll) and you have to reinstall it from microsoft's website, this is what happened when I upgraded, but after I reinstalled that dependency it worked fine again. If it is not that then can you list if anything happens prior to the crash or any errors that may show up. Also do you make it past the launcher?

Ragehook crashing my game
I noticed in your log that you are running game version 393.2, not sure if you have updated or not but you should if you are using police radio 0.2b because it was made for the latest game version and rage .20. If it has caused your game to crash at all, but none from what I can tell in the log. At the top speed radar ran into an issue probably cause it took too long to respond so if you can run without it then that is an isolated issue with that mod. Finally LSPDFR itself did the same there at the end and once again could be due to you running on 393.2 as .2b came out a couple of days ago and 393.4 is probably the only version it runs on(I haven't tested previous versions so I can't be 100% sure). If updating your game doesn't solve the problem go to your RagePluginHook.ini and paste this over what is in there: [Miscellaneous] PluginTimeoutThreshold=10000 ConsoleKey=F4 AlwaysShowConsoleOutput=False IsDeveloperModeEnabled=False WarnOnPluginLoad=false ShowOnScreenWarnings=True ps. Windows 10 isn't your problem as I run it perfectly on 10 and everyone else who has upgraded hasn't had any issues that I've seen throughout the forms.

Windows 10 Game Bar
While that is 100% true and is a very useful tool, some people(including me) have issues with it recording and I have tried every single thing I can do to get it to record, but it refuses to start when I hit the hotkey. I've looked up solutions regarding this issue and others have had the same problem but haven't managed to find a solution, either way if I can eventually get it to work of course it would be the better option as of now.

Windows 10 Game Bar
Definitely has potential and will help out with people who do not want to purchase third party gamecapture software. Maybe microsoft will add more features overtime, but it is definitely better than using third party software that slows your game down.

Windows 10 Discussion
For me the performance if anything has improved. Windows 10 was designed better for gaming and was even discussed before by others who tried out the preview that gaming performance is supposed to be increased overall from win8.1/7, and it is from what I've experienced and seen. On 8.1 I was getting 60-70s average and now its leaning more towards 70-80s except for when I boot up all my plugins from RPH it goes back to normal 60-70s which is understandable because they add to the game's load. Overall if you are unsure there isn't a risk to upgrading because you can always downgrade as the upgrade creates a backup of your old OS and can be easily recovered with a click of a button in windows 10 settings as seen here: http://gyazo.com/585d015ff5922962c52cdeb7195678db I doubt you will be disappointed considering once directx12 is out some developers could make their games directx12 compatible(maybe rockstar will do so for gtav) and future games will use it which is going to be amazing since systems will benefit from using all their CPU cores.

Windows 10 Discussion
For anyone who is using 7 will see the performance increase overall on the OS, one good thing about 8 was the boot times were faster than 7, and 10 carries that over. Programs feel so fluid now and the UI is pleasing, definitely worth the free upgrade. If you are still unsure about it just go look up some videos on it and make the decision from there. You will eventually have to move on anyway :).

Need Some Help (OpenIV)
Do you have the steam version? if so just right click on the game in your library and then go to properties>local files>verify integrity of game cache. This will revert all the modified files back to the original. If you have the retail version someone else who has it can help out with that cause I am not sure.

Any recommended weapon and weapon sound packs?
I currently use the ArmaA series sound pack found here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/arma-series-weapon-sound as arma has really good realistic sounds and there aren't too many out there right now. The author hasn't done every weapon, but the core ones that I use and others use are there and are way better than the default.

Flashlight mod
You can get attachments if you use a trainer, but I know you may be one of those who don't so as of right now I haven't seen any across any sites so there isn't much that can be done unless someone wants to make one. Easiest thing to do for right now is use a trainer if you really want to use attachments.

Damn, lucky you didn't land directly on your head, that wouldn't have been good. I hope you have a swift recovery.

Need Help Tweaking Settings, etc to fix FPS
I have a 765m and get 50-60 average. I have everything on high except shaders and shadows(soft shadows are on soft, with no aa, tessellation, or ambient occlusion. anisotropic filtering on x16 because it doesn't really affect fps, but you can mess around with that. Draw Distance, Peds/Ped variety are all at 50%. no advanced settings on. Maybe it will work better if not tweak it further you should be able to find that sweet spot.

New Siren?
There are plenty of them in the downloads section, furthermore if you have one you donwloaded and used with iv it will work as well. To install you go to x64>audio>sfx>RESIDENT.rpf>. you simply click edit mode and drag the .oac file you get from downloading a siren. If you want to use one you have from IV you extract the vehicles.awc and take the siren files you have and drag them into the vehicles folder that is extracted and then place the .oac file in. Here is the tutorial by openiv: https://youtu.be/ymLrNTjGBXA

How do you install siren sound mods?
I figured, someone elsed asked the same thing using the physical version. You have to create a mods folder to use modified files on the physical versions, here is a link to the topic on it, you put the x64 file in a mods folder in your directory, they said it works so you can use that I can't personally say I have because I have the steam version, but I am sure it will work :). http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/50930-gta-automatically-updates-when-reskinsscripts-installed/

How do you install siren sound mods?
Does the game try to update itself when you launch it? Or you get in game like normal and nothing changes. If so which version are you using steam or another? Also are you rebuilding the archive after you drag the file over.

GTA V Sirens Hash List
POLICE_WARNING is the priority siren for the stainer, buffalo and interceptor.

How do you install siren sound mods?
You take the vehicles.oac file and drag it into your resident.rpf file in openiv then rebuild it and you're done, heres the link to the tutorial made by the open iv team. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymLrNTjGBXA&feature=iv&src_vid=XxHH7Du5VrE&annotation_id=annotation_2061364125 You don't have to touch the vehicles folder it just contains the audio files that are replaced through the oac file.

Custom Siren, Wail Tone Breaks vehicles.awc, Other Tones Work Fine
Yes it appears you have to use the exact length of rockstar's original siren because I tried using a wail from the cencom siren I had from IV but it was too short while the yelp and priority were fine. The wail that is originally in game when I checked it out was actually 6 seconds so yours isnt too long its too short by a second, I am not 100% sure on this but that is what it appears to be as I got one that is the same length and it works perfectly.

Usually you have to rebuild in order for the archive to update the file(s) you dragged in. Do you have the steam version or rockstar version? Are you running the latest game version as well? When you go to install the oac file you double click into the directory of resident.rpf and drag the file over, you can also try the second method of installing which is to right click an empty space and choose import openFormats. The only other thing I did was export the awc file first because I used a siren that I used in IV, this way I can take the wail, the yelp, and the piercer files from that and install them into the vehicles folder that gets extracted which updates the oac file which I dragged back in and rebuilt. Other than that I am not certain why your file would become corrupted.

When you go into resident.rpf and replace the file do you go to file>rebuild before closing? Also do you have the openiv .asi installed which is required to run modified files.

Open IV GTA V Audio Support
I know some of them are fine, the Granger as well, but as for the stainer, buffalo, and Interceptor are horrible

Taser Mod
look up "better stun gun" on gta 5 mods.com, it includes a weapon's file that is non lethal to replace in openiv real quick and simple.
