  1. Okay so at this stage I will release these versions altogether: 1. Ekalb Enhanced - UV mapped vehicle + uv numberplates + indicator traffic bar 2. Original plates + no indicator traffic bar 3. Original plates + indicator traffic bar 4. Slicktop with original plates 5. Slicktop with UV-mapped plates Slicktop will probably just have a simple light setup like the default fbi buffalo but I might do the pushbar and spoiler as random extras. I don't think I'll do an internal traffic advisor like my slicktop Vapid or Buffalo S/M unless people want it.
  2. It's about time I brought this up in my own thread; Declasse Merit Police Patrol Uv-Mapped from scratch to match Lt. Caine's original template (so Abraxas' vdh texture pack will work well enough) Added license plate to livery (will include versions with non-mapped plates so people don't have to edit original textures at all) Are there any other particular variants of this people would like to see? The model will be released unlocked as I normally do so if I don't release other variants or don't include particular changes you're welcome to try them yourself.

  5. I've done one side so far then I had to go to work so it's only about 20% done. I should be able to get into it a bit further today. I think Caine removed it from his but I can texture it maybe just beyond where the boottop texture is to keep it in line with Abraxas' skin pack. Main body exterior all done: '> There's still a few things to do before I'd call it finished though.
  6. Hm well I'm pretty much starting from scratch and uv-mapping the original police merit to match Caine's template. Any changes he made won't be present in what I do.
  7. Did Caine unlock his uv-mapped merit? e: oh he did not. e2: Okay I just tried to start this and all my shit crashed and my computer had an immense hissyfit. This is not a good sign... e3: can you explain what else you want added to the livery other than the numberplate? Do you want the black trim uv mapped or not?
  8. As great as the improvements are there are still lots of opportunities to make them even better, like having police use the batons, tasers and even police dogs would be great. Maybe mods can help there though. You could have also mentioned they use their torches to searc, although i'm not sure if they are scripted actions or if they will do it dynamically.
  9. I don't really find them annoying and that may be fixable soon. So far the main advantage this has over ELSDN is that it's actually released in some capacity. Grady's also working on/already done a lot of other really interesting features like alley lights, the siren controller and manual siren and he's in the process of looking at if anything can be done about the corona visiblity issue and what can be done to better replicate wig-wag headilghts. The real downside to the mod is that it relies heavily on what corona texture you use so if you have a crappy one then it won't look as good as if you'd had a better one. So far though the vehicle's I've been using it with (see my video, plus these gta-v style one's i've been doing) are looking good with the evcs lights in my opinion at least.
  10. modify -> attach -> attach multiple Attach to: bumper_f_L0 (for example) then select: extra_1_L0, extra_2_l0 etc. in the list and hit okay Then do the same for your lod1s (l1) and lod2s (l2)
  11. Yeah I'd say it's not actually a new lightbar and just the glass casing of the LED bar getting spawned incorrectly and being vertical as opposed to horizontal.
  12. Well I believe the specific material for the surface you want to have multiple textures would need to be setup in such a way to support liveries. I think there's just that extra step to it than just adding the +livery flag.
