Not receiving all weapons.
Do you have weapons in your inventory before you go on duty? Try going to the trunk of your car.

ELS v6 lights
You only need to install the scripthook files that come with ELS if you don't already have them. Because you run LCPDFR, you should have them. By the looks of your config file, ELS is enabled on all of your emergency cars so as long as you are using the right keys and you have ELS cars, and the ELS files are in the right folder as you told me, it should work. For reference: You'll be able to tell if ELS is active as soon as you get in the car as your location (street name and suburb) will appear below your minimap for ELS cars.

ELS v6 lights
Post the contents of your els.ini file.

Worked fine then randomly stopped with an error.
It sounds like your scripthook died and the installation error you are getting is either from not having scripthook or maybe the fact that your files aren't read only/you aren't running as administrator. First thing, reinstall scripthook and its necessary related files.

ELS v6 lights
What vehicle are you trying to use it with? Is that vehicle listed as active in the configuration file? Controls are alt+m to open the menu, J for primary lights, K for warning lights, L for visibility lights, U, I and O for pattern changing and G for siren. You'll be able to tell if ELS is active as soon as you get in the car as your location (street name and suburb) will appear below your minimap for ELS cars.

ELS v6 lights
Please answer all the questions in my post so I can make further suggestions. Have you read the info pdf that is provided with the download to tell you how to use the mod and install the cars? Have you looked at the .ini configuration file to learn the controls?

ELS v6 lights
Do you have ELS installed? In the correct place? Both files? And the cars you want to use are ELS models? And they are listed as active in the ELS config file?

can not go on duty with lcdpfr
Well I'm back to running out of ideas then. It seems to be a commonality with people that for some reason have a version of the game that installed in /2k games/ When you go into the game normally, you still have to sign into Rockstar Social Club? And Games for Windows Live? And you can play ranked multiplayer matches?

can not go on duty with lcdpfr
Hm as long as you have the .dill and the .asi files they should work... The other two are log files if I understand correctly. So you are telling me they are definitely in what we call your root directory? The one that contains 'activation', common, manuals, pc, scripts and support links folders? As well as lots of executable files including launchgtaiv.exe? And you have no other /grand theft auto iv/ folders in program files anywhere that might contain some of the files that should be in your /2k games/grand theft auto iv/ folder?

Tricking LCPDFR into thinking it's EFLC on GTA4?
Why not just mod them over police/police2/noose/polpatriot/fbi ?
-
certain cars not working?
It sounded like you put your modded cars into gtaiv rather than eflc so yeah... Also; This isn't the support forum.

can not go on duty with lcdpfr
But I'm trying to figure out if he has installed something in there instead of where his actual gta is installed.

can not go on duty with lcdpfr
First of all, is there anything in a folder called rockstar games/grand theft auto iv in your program files folder? Then; We need to make sure that the same folder (in your case, /2k games/grand theft auto iv/) that includes gtaiv.exe, launchgtaiv.exe and all the other files and folders that gtaiv needs to run also has the following files inside: scripthook.dll scripthook (text document) scripthookdotnet.asi scripthookdotnet

can not go on duty with lcdpfr
That's actually quite a good point because someone else has another thread with the same problem. It'd be strange that both people want to put all their games in their 2k directory.

weird thing in LCPDFR
Both at 15000 so every 15 seconds, both will activate to spawn a car My chanceofrandomdispatch is at 32 for both.

can not go on duty with lcdpfr
Open the windows that I've told you I'd like to see, press print screen on the top right of your keyboard, paste it into a program like microsoft paint, save it and then upload it with imgur.com then post a link to the image in your reply to this topic. Unlr3al, am I wrong about what I believe is the problem?

Yes, just duplicate the .net.dll and the config files and rename them (make sure they both have the same name). I have not noticed any extra load on my system but you may want to reduce the frequency at which the script 'ticks' so that you don't have twice as many cars spawning as before or twice as many random emergency vehicles.

You can just run two copies of trafficflow (one named differently) with different car lists. I run trafficflow and trafficflowtwo for 40 cars in rotation.

"When i press alt + p nothing happens" Nah bro, I got this. FightingFire7024: Okay you'll need to consolidate all of your files in the one spot if you expect it to work. Please provide a screenshot of the contents of your \2k games\grand theft auto iv\ folder and a screenshot of rockstar games\grand theft auto iv\ folder if it exists. What I think is the problem: I believe you have the scripthookdotNet asi loader installed but not into the same folder of your grand theft auto files. We need to make sure that the same folder that includes gtaiv.exe, launchgtaiv.exe and all the other files and folders that gtaiv needs to run also has the following files inside: scripthook.dll scripthook (text document) scripthookdotnet.asi scripthookdotnet

LCPDFR won't work
Why is your game installed in /2k games/grand theft auto iv/ It's likely that some of the necessary files have been installed to the default rockstar gamesgrand theft auto iv folder if you are using a custom installation.
-
can not go on duty with lcdpfr
Okay but just be aware we have tried, this is a problem on your end and not a problem with the mod. To be more specific, your scripthookdotnet is not activating. edit: why is your gtaiv installed in a 2k games directory? You've probably installed part of the necessary files in a non-existant rockstar gamesgrand theft auto iv folder rather than your very peculiar 2k games folder.

On duty crash
Exactly the same way you would install it to regular GTAIV, just change the install folder from gtaiv to eflc Use the search function before posting unnecessarily.
