This is a thread to discuss and track the progress of various LSPDFR plugins that I have been working on and hope to release. Primarily these are mods that I've made to enhance the way I personally prefer to play LSPDFR, but maybe others will enjoy that too.

    Gallery link: https://www.lcpdfr.com/gallery/album/12655-plugin-pics/

    Willie's Tactical Supermarket

    20241104214410_1.jpg

Have you ever been to Willie's Supermarket in Paleto Bay? No? Well... Did you know that they sell LSPDFR enhancement mods? And a cool menu combining everything from all of my plugins, to reduce key bind stress? Well you do now...

Willie's Tactical Supermarket is a 'common' plugin that acts as a dependency for all of my plugins. It contains basic features to enhance your LSPDFR patrol experience, as well as a RageNativeUI menu that supports the other plugins I've developed

    20260304225237_1.jpg

    FEATURES

    • Main menu [Complete]

    • Statement Taker - Central to any police investigation is interviewing witnesses! Take statements from any one you deal with (integrates with witnesses in callouts) [Complete]

    • Gloves - Quick-apply search gloves, surgical gloves, or take them off [Complete... but very basic]

    • PNIS (Police & NOoSE Intelligence System) - View intelligence reports when you stop gang members on patrol, and use that intel to guide your investigation [Complete... but could do with a refresh]

    • MDT Updates - Provides a range of automatic entries to the Callout Interface mod MDT display, including requesting support units, arresting and transporting suspects, and pursuit updates. Integrates with Stop The Ped. [Complete]

    • To-Do List - Have you ever wanted more work to keep you busy while on patrol? This assigns basic tasks that would be typical for a police officer, to fill that time when the radio is quiet and to get you moving across Los Santos and Blaine County [Mostly complete]

    Ekalb's Rescue Mod

    20260304222414_1.jpg20260304222615_1.jpg20260304222847_1.jpg

The creatively named 'Rescue Mod' adds features to LSPDFR to support search and rescue and emergency medical duties, including patient health/condition monitoring, a stretcher, hospital drop off function and rescue callouts. Integration with Stop The Ped (e.g. CPR function) and Coastal Callouts.

    FEATURES

    • First aid kit - Find one inside any emergency vehicle and use it to assess and treat wounded and unwell peds [Complete]

    • Stretcher - Load wounded peds onto a stretcher and transfer them into rescue vehicles for transport [Complete]

    • Hospital drop off - If you've got wounded peds on board, drop them at the nearest hospital, helipad or runway [Complete]

    • Patient med status - Monitor changes to a ped's health. Treat them or get them to a hospital before they die! [Complete]

    • Callouts - Patient transfer (heli) [Complete], Beach rescue [Complete], Search and Rescue 1 [Mostly complete], Missing Park Ranger [Planned], Patient transfer (long distance) [Planned], Organ transport [Planned], Anti-venom delivery [Planned], Medical emergency [Planned]...

    Callout pack [Name tbc...]

20250623221312_1.jpg20260304225950_1.jpg20260304223249_1.jpg20260304225619_1.jpgCould contain: pc game, screenshot, clothing, video game software, lumber

Honestly this may not ever be released as it has been an ongoing work in progress since I started trying to make callouts, and most content was written well before I could put together anything half decent. The main ideas going into these callouts have been - activating under-utilised scenery or parts of the map, replayability (multiple locations, scenarios, outcomes), a good level of detail, and sometimes a unique idea or two.

    FEATURES

    • Arrest warrant duty - Report for arrest warrant duty at your local station. Select what level of risk you're prepared for, approach the target's last known address, look for clues if they're not home - and lead a full raid with AI teammates to arrest high-value targets, secure evidence and rescue any civilians [Mostly complete.. in Paleto Bay, Sandy Shores and East Los Santos]

    • BADGE Taskforce callouts - Join the Blaine Anti-Drugs and Gang Enforcement (BADGE) taskforce and investigation and disrupt drug trafficking and gang activity in Blaine County. 'Convince' snitches to provide information, arrest dealers, bust stash houses and take out smugglers. [About half-complete]

    • SMASH Taskforce callouts - The Southern Metro Automobile Stealing and Hooliganism (SMASH) taskforce has just been set up in the LSPD. They need your help to find thieves targeting modified vehicles in Los Santos. [About half-complete]

    • Various other standalone callouts - Drug deals, shootouts, search warrants, drunk people, fights, shoplifting, backup requests etc. [Mixed progress]

    • Ambient events - To make the world feel alive, sometimes with a policing-flavour. Catch famous celebrities and GTA identities driving around San Andreas, chase street racers, fix broken down vehicles, stop unroadworthy or unsafe vehicles, hunt high-ranking gang members - What's that smashing noise? -Wait was that the president?? [Mixed progress]

nICE to Meet You (PIA mod)

Live out your highly topical fantasy by playing LSPDFR as a newly minted member of the NOOSE Patriotism and Immigration Authority. This is mostly in the early planning stages...

    FEATURES (intended)

    • Ask peds for visa/citizenship documents

    • PREDATR Database - Use the PIA's fresh database - The PIA Register of Entries, Departures, Aliens, Terrorist and Residents (PREDATR) to verify a ped's citizenship or immigration status.

    • Check that visa or citizenship documents are valid and authentic

    • Perform customs and immigration clearance duties around San Andreas' ports of entry

    • Hunt for PREDATR's most wanted

    RELEASE INFO

I'm hoping to release an early version of Willie's Tactical Supermarket and the Rescue Mod publicly in the near future. A slimmed down version of the callout pack would follow that, and then the PIA mod if I ever get there.

Let me know your thoughts or suggestions!

  2. I started having this issue today too out of nowhere (I was able to play modded GTA yesterday) but I have now fixed it.

What fixed it for me was running Rockstar Games Launcher from the start menu. It needed to run a couple of times to install updates.

Once the Rockstar launcher was updated and running successfully, I could launch Gta via Rage Pluginhook without any issues.

Oddly this does not appear to be crashing for me, but did need an update and is crashing for some people - you should install the update for Weapon Limits Adjuster which was just released: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/cweaponinfoblob-limit-adjuster

Boom! That solved it - I've never had that installed before despite using all the same mods, but after installing it I was able to re-enable all my lml files and my mods folder with extra dlcpacks. Thanks @PNWParksFan and @LMS !! I haven't re-installed packfilelimit adjuster and that doesn't seem to be an issue...

@InfamousNathan I am sorry for hijacking your thread but it appeared we had the exact same issue. I would recommend installing the weapons limit adjuster suggested above and seeing if that fixes your issue. Same for anyone else with the ERR_MEM_EMBEDDEDALLOC_FREE_2 Game Memory Error.

Thanks mate, I've had a go as suggested:

    • mods folder disabled (renamed to xxmods)
    • packfilelimitadjuster removed. I have HeapAdjsuter in place with the ini set as HEAP_SIZE = 10000
    • Command line settings -DX11 -windowed -borderless -hdr -ignoreDifferentVideoCard -shadowLongShadows
    • All LML mods disabled except for Coastal Callouts and Park's recent GameConfig
    • Steam version, launched via RPH
    • Result: Crash while loading after 'Loading and Populating Game World', as per usual (see screenshot. This seems to be the exact same point (and same point in the RPH log) as other people with this error.

Attached RPH log and vfs log.

    rphcrash.PNG

    vfs.log RagePluginHook.log

  5. Hm, on further investigation:

    • I get the memory crash if Coastal Callouts is enabled in LML, but no other LML folders seem to cause it
    • I also use some dlcpacks in the mods folder for mods. I'm able to run the game with my MODDING, coroner (coroner vans addon), rass (roadside assistance vehicles addon), eup and sup dlcpacks enabled, but not with my coastguard (lore-friendly coastguard vehicles addon), bcat (lore-friendly bearcat addon) or beanbag (less-lethal beanbag shotgun addon) dlcpacks.

The crash doesn't seem to be related to a particular number of modpacks running, but it may be related to their filesize or complexity...

    Either way I'm very confused.

If you want a ped you have defined as 'FriendA' to perform an animation you need to use the function this way:

    FriendA.Tasks.PlayAnimation("mp_facial", "mic_chatter", 3f, AnimationFlags.None);

The argument are the specific animation dictionary (in the above example: "mp_facial"), then the specific animation ("mic_chatter"), a float for speed, then any flag (in the format AnimationFlags.None or AnimationFlags.Loop, for example)

Try Google for a list of dictionaries and animations, e.g. https://alexguirre.github.io/animations-list/

Confirming I am experiencing the same issue with the pause menu after going on duty.

It seems I can access the LSPDFR menu once, and then the next time I pause the game the 'BRIEF' menu won't load, no notifications appear, the default police computer UI doesn't appear properly, Bejoijo's PC doesn't work correctly etc. Basically all the 'Pause menu' style menus break.

e: Disregard, I think I figured out what I needed.

If you want an easier way to use scenarios, I made a class for them. Please just make sure to give credit if you use this.

I'm a bit confused with how to actually use this. I want a ped (Suspect) to do to the WORLD_HUMAN_PARTYING scenario during an intoxicated subject callout. Do I add this class to my project, then use the relevant functions at the bottom inside the class I have for the specific callout?

You will then be happy to hear that we have reached an agreement with LS Customs to open up their shops for police officers so that you can modify your personal vehicle.

By 'personal vehicle', will you also be able to modify police vehicles at LS Customs (e.g. change extras, liveries, particularly paint for unmarked cars etc.)?

The really worrying thing is that sometimes they're Australians that are doing it.

And you never know what's being targeted next.

I can honestly say if someone told me 10 Years ago that Australia would face terror threats like we do today I would have laughed.  i'm sure many others would have done the exact same, some of those who would have are no longer with us due to that exact event.

What makes you think that it has anything to do with 'terror threats'?
